Toucan Terrace neighborhood has lots of shopping within a few miles such as the Pismo Beach Outlets and Pismo Coast Shopping Center. Groceries, restaurants, movies, and many retail outlets are within 5-10- minute drive.  Downtown Pismo Beach and the Pier are a 5-minute drive away. Medical services, pharmacies, and gyms are within walking distance or a few minutes’ drive.

  

Toucan Terrace Homeowners Association is a private community with 121 single-family homes, streets, and common areas as well as open space.  Each member of TTHOA pays dues to repair, maintain, insure, and monitor the association property, which is not open or available for public use.
